Please keep in mind that any additional taxes, duties or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid in full to ensure delivery of the parcel. Most courier companies will request payment in advance of delivering a customer's parcel to its final destination. It is the customer's responsibility to check if any custom charges apply to their shipping destination before purchasing.
If you refuse to pay the customs fees and duties required to release your order, it may be returned to Bridges the Label. You will be responsible for any shipping cost or fees associated with the return. Any additional costs we incur will be deducted from your refund.
Returns:
If your item is unsuitable, you have 28 days to return the order from your order date for a full refund. All items must be in their original packaging, with tags attached in a sellable condition. Items which show signs of wear or with tags removed will not be applicable for a refund.
The original package cost will be deducted from your refund amount. To initiate a return please log onto your account and follow the self serve instructions.
